Our approach

Our desire is to partner with our clients and our community to bring hope and healing to the spirit, mind, and body. We provide you with a safe, warm environment to work through your challenges with experienced and compassionate counselors, massage therapists, and prayer partners. We focus on client-centered counseling, massage therapy, and prayer. Let us connect you with one of our counselors, massage therapists, or prayer partners to help meet your needs. We provide online or in-person sessions for counseling and prayer.

Our counselors have over 50 years of combined experience.

We specialize in working with families, couples, children, teens, and individuals. We are experienced in working with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, life changes, foster care and adoption, parent coaching and education, divorce, post-partum issues, stress, geriatrics, ADHD, perinatal mental health, and anger management.

We offer mental health counseling, massage therapy, and prayer.
